Shipping and Handling

Our online orders are shipped anywhere in the United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally, nor do we ship to international APO/FPO/DPO addresses due to processing limitations. We do, however, have select international retail partners that can be found here: Store Locator

All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service, unless otherwise indicated within your shipping updates. Please allow 1-3 business days for order and warehouse processing. Customers can typically expect delivery within 5-10 business days after the order is received; Business days are Monday through Friday and holidays are excluded. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once we receive your order and another e-mail notification when your shoes have shipped.

The current subsidized shipping charge is $7.95 for the contiguous U.S. (unless otherwise stated). For Hawaii, Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands, the standard shipping charge is $15.00. Please note that the initial shipping and handling charge IS NON-REFUNDABLE (unless otherwise stated). We appreciate your understanding! 

Return Policy

All sales are final for any purchases made at No returns will be accepted for refund, exchange or store credit! No exceptions. If a customer chooses to return an item to our warehouse, we will not be held responsible. We appreciate your understanding! As with a number of clearance sites, and given the dramatic mark-downs in pricing, it is imperative that our customers understand that certain exclusions apply.
