Shipping Policy

Our online orders are shipped anywhere in the United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally, nor do we ship to international APO/FPO/DPO addresses due to processing limitations. We do, however, have select international retail partners that can be found here: Store Locator

All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service, unless otherwise indicated within your shipping updates. Please allow 1-3 business days for order and warehouse processing. Customers can typically expect delivery within 5-10 business days after the order is received; Business days are Monday through Friday and holidays are excluded. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once we receive your order and another e-mail notification when your shoes have shipped.

The current subsidized shipping charge is $10.95 for the contiguous U.S. (unless otherwise stated). For Hawaii, Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands, the standard shipping charge is $17.00. Please note that the initial shipping and handling charge IS NON-REFUNDABLE (unless otherwise stated). We appreciate your understanding! 

No-Return Policy

All sales are final for any purchases made at No returns will be accepted for refund, exchange or store credit! No exceptions. If a customer chooses to return an item to our warehouse, it will not be refunded or returned. Please be sure to makes your selections carefully. Given the dramatic mark-downs in pricing, it is imperative that our customers understand this policy applies to all purchases.
